Zabys are a type of personal property that are usually meant for personal use. They generally represent small apartments, or houses. They are very easy to decorate as they have a good generic layout to get started with, this is useful for new users. Zabys rent is also free or cheap compared to other property types.
There are a few notable differences to zabys compared to world properties:
- Unable to send broadcast messages in zabys,
- Limited population, in general up to 5 users (not including UVIP-users);
- Zabys are never nested under worlds and have a small fixed capacity. You can however limit the population to create additional dimensions.
- Showroom zabys are limited to 1 population.
- Zabys can be purchased without the need of a world.
- Permissions for Zabys need to be set per property, global world permissions do not apply to zabys.
- Zaby URLs have only a single number string in their URL starting with an @ and a numeric value.
