Transferring Layouts/Property
You can transfer any layout that you have created to any other account, proving that the new account has an identical property to transfer to.
You could also transfer the entire property. There is a cost associated with the transfer (20 Rays) which cannot be avoided.
And you must have rights to transfer the property/layout. To have transfer rights, you must have either created the layout yourself, or been given the layout from someone who set the layout to be transferable.
Most people who sell layouts do not allow them to be transferred, so if some of your layouts were purchased from someone else, you most likely will not be able to transfer them.
Just to go the 'Manage' page for the zaby and click the 'Transfer' button. You'll get an option to transfer the property. When the drop box comes up agree to the 20 ray transfer fee and put the person's name in the box. (they must have a compatible property to apply it to).
