Showroom Zabys are a special type of property that can be acquired for free. In order to acquire a showroom Zaby you need to be UVIP. They are used to create deco in and can be used for display purposes by decorators. Showroom Zabys have a paid counterpart to them where you can apply a template you created in a showroom to the paid counterpart. Due to the population limit of showrooms meant solely for decorating purposes they are favourited by decorators to show their creations in.
Important is to understand that showrooms have a population limit of 1 and cannot be raised or altered, not even by UVIP capacity overrides. However UVIP accounts can still enter the showroom due to their inherrit capacity override ability when a property reached the maximum limit.
