If you have somehow changed the appearance of your avatar and you would like to reset it you can do so through your Social Center: Profile > Avatar > Reset Factory Default. If you are logged into the Social Center you can use this direct link: https://www.utherverse.com/clothing/ajax/reset.aspx
An alternative is to open your in-word Closet and change to a different gender and back again.
Hint: Save a default avatar as an outfit to make this process much easier.
