The Property Catalog also know as the add property tab can be found on the Social Center. Here you can purchase zabys and properties for your world.
If your profile does not have a world attached to it, you most likely will only see a single category called zabys. To see a more expanded list of properties to purchase you must first have created a world.
There are also a few specialized stores that will only accessible with the correct role for your account. These are mainly the UVIP properties and the business properties.
