The most common reason for a lost password is that simply that you have forgotten what password you have set.
As long as you remember your email address attached to your account you can use the Lost Password tool to recover and set a new password (4-16 characters, upper, lowercase and numbers are allowed).
Note that your password is not the same as your PIN.
Tips for logging in[]
Ensure that:
- Caps-lock is off.
- You are not using a strange keyboard layout.
Profile name vs email[]
If you are logging in with your Profile name and you getting a "Credentials invalid" error, try using your email address instead, or if you are using your email address try with your Profile name.
Click the Show password button on the Login screen to view the password you have typed, or are typing. This should help see if you are accidentally typing the wrong password, for example by having caps lock on or a different language keyboard.
