The Add Profiles webpage allows you to add new Profiles to your Account and import (merge)/export Profiles. Access this page from the top left of your Profile.
Each Account can have a maximum of five Profiles. It is recommended that you have all your Profiles under a single Account rather than create additional Accounts with different email addresses. With a UVIP subscription, all the Profiles on an Account becomes UVIP, whereas to make all your Profiles VIP on a VIP account, you have to pay for a separate VIP subscription for each individual Profile.
Buy Profile Slots[]
Each Utherverse Account begins with three Profile slots. Before you can name and use the two additional Profile slots, you have to buy additional empty slots for 10 rays each. Once bought you can have up to five Profiles on your Account.
Add Profiles[]
This allows you to add a new Profile on one of your empty Profile slots. You can enter a Profile name (Screen Name) for the avatar and its gender. If the Profile name is 'in use', you will be told you cannot claim this name.
- Profile names can contain letters (A-Z), numbers (0-9), and underscores (_)
- Profile names must start and end with a letter or number.
- Profile names cannot contain two underscores side by side.
- The maximum number of characters in your profile name is 16. Note that there is a known bug with profiles that have 16 characters when you input their full name in the search bar in-game it will return zero result. Profiles with 15 or less characters are fully searchable. Partial names can be searched in either case.
Note: Some Profile names that are 'in use' have never been really used or used a long time ago. If you contact Tech Support about a unavailable Profile name, they may be able to release this Profile name for you to use.
Import Profiles[]
This section allows you to import (merge) Profiles from other Accounts that you own up to the maximum of five profiles in total.
Specify the email address and password of the donor Account and you will then be asked if you want to import one of its Profiles. There is 25 Ray charge for importing each Profile. If you import from an Account with only one Profile, Utherverse cannot reverse this, the action is permanent.
Warning: UVIP features are not inherited from the donor Account you are importing from, as this is Account-based.
Delete and remove Profiles[]
The Export Profiles section allows you to export a Profile to another existing account. Usually this is not recommended as it will also lose any VIP or UVIP benefits from the Account it originally belonged to.
This feature is usually used to remove and delete unwanted Profiles. Members who want to delete a Profile, first export this profile to another Account and then close the that Account. To close the Account, email support@redlightcenter.com. This results in the removal of the Profile and Account.
